THE SPARK TO DO BETTER

In the midst of my personal journey of constant reflection and daily self-improvement, I found myself deeply affected by the events unfolding during the racial reckoning and the early stages of the pandemic. The frequent internal echo of "I need to do better" and "we need to do better" in response to global and personal events sparked a profound change in me. This led to a significant decision: I renamed my executive coaching business and launched an online store.

This transformation wasn't just a rebranding, but a manifestation of my commitment to finding small yet impactful ways to enhance both my life and actions daily. The store, with our signature products, serves as a tangible extension of this ethos. It's a space designed to inspire and provoke thoughtful conversation, moving us from words to actions that are mindful, conscious, and intentional.
